Tracking votes?

3 vote options using outlook 2007 was setup. Now I am unable to see who
responded to which vote other than from the email responses. The email
responses are forwarded to another person. Could this be the cause?

Yes. The responses need to come into your mailbox and be processed before
they will show up on the tracking tab.
