I am trying to track responses to an email that contained voting buttons. MS
help says to go to my sent mail and click on the "Tracking" tab. I do not
see a tracking tab from the sent folder or from the email that I sent.
How to I track responses?
thx,
Juanita

Which version do you have? They work slightly differently.

Have you received any reponses yet? You only see tracking once there is
data to track.

Have you moved anything - the sent email or the received ones?
Have you OPENED each of the responses?

I have Office 2003.

I have received responses.

I have not moved by sent email or the responses.

I have not opened the responses.

Thx, Jua

thanks for answering all the questions.

I have received responses.
I have not moved by sent email or the responses. (Don't!)
I have not opened the responses.

The problem is that you have not opened any responses as that's what enables
Outlook to suck the data out of the email and track it. So open each email
(DO NOT mark it as read) really open it.

Now go and see how your tracking tab works.

please start a new post. Your question has nothing to do with voting
buttons.
