Hi,

I have a problem with the tracking tab in outlook 2003 calender.

I am running up against Exchange server, and it works on other users
when the get a reply from people they have invitet to meetings, they
can see the status in the tracking tab under the meeting, But when I
make the meeting the tracking tab dont update, it just says "NONE" in
all of the boxes.

I have checked Options => Email Options => Tracking Options, and I have

checked Options => calendar Options => Resource Scheduling and they
look the same, as the others users.

Any one got an idea to what it can be ?

Thanks,

Peter

Are you sure the person responded to the meeting invitation email - if not
until they do it would be marked as NONE. Or perhaps they accepted but
chose not to send response to organizer.

Hi Francine,

Yes I am sure becaus it works, for all the other people where is in
that department, where is just one it dont works for, and I cant figur
out why i dont work, after what I can see then the outlook is
configuret like the others, but I must be missing something..

What if have more mail account in that outlook, can that make the
problem ? or can it be some rules, there have been but up ?

Best Regards

Peter

Hi Peter,

Multiple profiles should not be the problem nor should rules since those
work with emails and not calendar items. I wonder if the free/busy
information became corrupted and is causing this issue. Try to run the
command line to clean the free/busy

Hi,

I am seeing this same issue and am wondering if you ever resolved it.
In my case the user just got Blackberry wireless device but I don't
know if the issue began before or after that. Using Outlook 2003 with
exchange.
