Tracking respones in meeting requests

I have the "Receive Responses" featured turned on, but only one of my
attendees gets set up all others say the meeting is not in calendar;
therefore not setting up their responses. I have to handle it manually. Any
help?
 
Is the meeting in the default calendar? Have the attendees sent responses?
And, finally, what version of Outlook????

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.
