We run Exchange 5.5 on a Windows 2000 Server. My
workstations have Outlook 2000 running on Windows 2000
Pro. I have had a user ask me how to "track a message".
She claims there is a feature called message tracking. Is
this true, is there such a feature. I am not an Office
Expert so I can not give her an answer right away, but am
hoping somebody here can enlighten me.

Thanks so much for your help
Chris

I think I got this figured out. I just went to
Tools/Options/Email Options/Tracking Options. Hopefully
this is what she needs. Here is her question to me

"How can I view the tracking in my Outlook messages. I
know there is a way to print the tracking but I can't seem
to figure it out."

I am not positive what she is asking when she say's she
wants to print them out.

Anyway any suggestions is greatly appreciated.

Track it where? What exactly does she want to know?

She wants to be able to print out an email and know who
has read it and when. I have never set this up however
she did show me an example of this and it appears that
when she prints out a string of emails Outlook tells her
at the bottom who all has read the message and when.

I know this is probably hard to understand because I am
having a problem understanding what she needs and I can
see it.

Again any help is appreciated.
