I use PPT to simulate screens of proposed new applications, which I then show to potential customers for feedback. Eventually we use the PPT file as a Functional Spec for our developers ("make it work like this").
I use hyperlinks attached to graphics objects to simulate buttons - clicking on the "button" takes the user to another screen that simulates the result of the click.
The number hyperlinks is high, and my problem is easily tracing them all. I know that every hyperlink can be checked to see where it's headed, but I would also like to see them from the other end as well. Ideally, on each slide I would like to see a list of hyperlinks that have that slide as their destination.
Is there anything out there that does this?
Thanks
Rod

I don't know of anything that does this, but you might want to have a go
with our free FixLinks demo at http://www.pptools.com

It will create a report that lists all the hyperlinks and unless I miss my
guess, you might be able to edit it a bit then import it into Excel as
tab-delimited text. You might then be able to sort on whatever column the
slides end up in and get a list sorted the way you want.
