Tracking Graph

Hello from Steved

I have graph paper which I plot a bus

I have a begining 6:00am and 11:59pm finish across the
graph paper. Can someone please point me to a site that
will give me some pointers on how one would go about
building a graph that will track buses basically it is
straight lines across the page plotting start time and
finishing time of a single bus.
