Hi
I have a file set that several users can access and make
changes to. The problem is that I am noticing errors and
in the worksheets eg random cells deleted/added and so
staggering the file that I know I haven't made but cannot
find who is in order to pervent it from happening again.
I need to continue to allow access to other users, but I
would like to track what changes are being made and by
whom. Is it possible to do this? I clicked on track
changes but it seems to be related more to Outlook than my
excel file.
Thanks!!
Soph

If you click on tools and then share workbook there is a
checkbox there that needs to be clicked first before you
can track changes made by users.
After checking this box you can then click on the
advanced tab to view different options for keeping track
of changes made by your users.
To view track changes you will simply then need to click
on tools and then track changes which will then give you
the option of highlight changes and accept or reject
changes. By choosing highlight changes you will be given
some options of how you would like to view the changes
that have made.
One of them being a WHO option...
Hope this helps
