Tracking Changes Question

I have a user who would like to change his assigned font color (currently red) when he makes changes in a document. Is this possible?
 
Have you tried Tools | Options | Track Changes?

Not if the setting is By Author, which assigns colors rather randomly (and
the same author will be a different color on different machines).
