After scheduling an appointment for a meeting, I would like to print the list
of attendees (on the tracking tab) with the information contained within a
field of their contact information (like employee number) without making a
separate document linking this information. Is there a way to print the
tracking tab? and can I customize it to show a field contained in each
contact's card?

No, but this is a feature that the Outlook MVPs have requested be included
in the next version of Outlook.

After furious head scratching, SAB asked:

To add to the WISH LIST, I'd also like to be able to sort these by
accepted/declined by clicking on the column head (the way it works in excel).
As a matter of fact, having this whole tracking tab work like an excel
document w/ macros for the contact information would be great. I want to be
able to sort, make attendace lists, add columns to use other contact
information relative to a training or meeting, etc. I'd also like to track
in a "recurring appointment" when someone misses or declines several times
for use with employee reviews.
