Trackball Optical

I still cannot get this mouse installed & working
properly. The mouse that came with this computer still
works since I cannot disable it. HELP!!!!!!!!!!! My ear
is about to fall off waiting for help on the phone with
Microsoft.

have you tried configuring it as a usb device? thats the
only way i got mine to work...
