-Write detailed requirements
-look for a program that meets requirements
-if you can't find program, consider having one created
-if you can't create yourself,
a) find resources to learn application development
b) find someone to create program
i would suggest that you find one with your basic needs and then alter it to
fit you needs, thats what im doing right now... i used the service management
database off of the website for templates and then i added some things
because i was trying to make one but it was taking forever and 10 days so i
just used that one and then altered it alittle....if you want i can email a
base copy to you and you can alter it or i could help you make one for
