track file access

Hello

Does anyone know of a utility that can be installed on Windows 2000 Server
that will track each file access and file copy.
Something that creates a log of each of these events, also maybe be able to
set this on a user by user level.

Check out "auditing" in Help. If any of that info doesn't make sense, post
about it - I'll keep my on this newsgroup for your auditing questions.
