Hello,

it takes all you temp files away that some programs and your browser let
behind on the computer.
So if there is some spyware in there this is also wiped out.

This is what MSAS help is saying about it:

The Tracks Eraser is a privacy tool that removes all Internet History
usage logs and 75 different activity trails from many popular Windows
and Internet applications. Tracks Eraser works as a Windows cleaner,
allowing you to schedule the deletion of your Web browsing history,
Windows Temporary folders, and search history. In addition, you can
erase the tracks that many popular applications store.

Hmm - I think some of that functionality is not there in the current
product--can you really schedule Tracks Eraser operations? There are
discrepancies between the actual beta product and the help files, and I
suspect this is another of them.
