Track eraser

In the Track eraser it says that the Google Toolbar History
track eraser is not currently installed on my system.
There are a few others as well. Can I install them and if
so where do I get them?

My understanding of how this works is that the erasers are greyed out if
Microsoft Antispyware doesn't see the app as installed on your machine.

In the case of the Google toolbar, I'd suggest reinstalling it from a fresh
download. I suspect there's a version issue here of some sort.
