Track changes - specifically pagination

While using track changes, I am sending documents that I have "saved" the
changes and the recipient can see all those changes. I used your assistance
website and now can remove the displayed changes on all pages but not the
pagination. I still have a strikethrough in the footer. Can you help me
make Word behave and remove those strikethroughs in the footer? Thanks.

If you double-click on the footer (so that you could edit the text), can you
process the changes in it?

Note: if you need more assistance, please mention the VERSION of Word you're
using.
