Track Changes - Multiple Commenters

Can anyone help me with the steps to ensuring that
multiple (3 or more) commenters on a document can have
their comments reflected in different colors, using the
track changes feature? I don't like the balloons; rather,
I like to show the textual changes in the document
itself. Thx. - Chuck
 
Set the color to "By Author."
