Tracing accessed files?

I let someone else use my logon to access a programme because I couldn't be
bothered making it available in the guest account at the time (lesson
learned) and while they were in my admin profile I think they may have gone
for a browse through some private folders of mine. Since then I've changed a
few things so it doesn't happen again but I would like to know if they did
actually look through the files or not, so my question is, is it possible to
trace filepaths so I can see what's been recently accessed?

Cheers

No, sorry. You could look at a few of the files with which you are
concerned and see what date they were last accessed and if that matches
up with when your "friend" used your computer.

If the computer was XP Pro you would need to have enabled auditing of object
access first and configure auditing for specific folders. That is not done
in a default installation. Your only other option is to exam file properties
for last access date or look at my recent documents to see if that shows
anything unusual. --- Steve
