trace which dns-name is in use

dear win-2k3 dns gurus,
i changed the address (url) of an internal iis server. is there a way to
trace, which clients do still access the service with the old address ???

Exactly what did you change? Just the URL or the IP address or both?

If the IP, did you change that in DNS too so anyone trying to access it by
the old name can now get to it?

If the URL, did you tell everyone you've changed it? Did you also change the
hostheaders?
