After someone accepts a meeting request, the meeting does not appear in the calendar and there is no audit trail to see what happens. Is the issue related to Blackberry? If the request is opened in a Blackberry, will the entry gets lost?
Question 2. When an meeting invitation is sent out, one or two of the users will not receive the request(random) – what is the root cause? Current workaround is by sending follow-up email to group to re-confirm meeting.
Question 3. Meeting booked in wrong time zone (For example: If the organizer residing in Hong Kong sends out a meeting for 1:00pm HKT, the meeting gets booked into a Tokyo participant’s calendar for 1:00pm TKT instead of 2:00pm TKT)

How can users resend the meeting invitations to just one/some of the existing participants (as requested by the participants)?

Sometimes the organizer will lose the meeting entry on the calendar.

Sometimes the organizer will become a participant and no longer be able to change the meeting details.
