Tough OU question

Is there any way to create an OU and automatically have new users take
certain attributes if they are added to that OU? For example the main thing
we want to do is and maybe there is another way to do this is to have an OU
with a universal security group....we want to have any user that is placed in
that OU to automatically be added as a member of that OU. Is there anyway to
automate this process.

No, there is no such built-in mechanism. To do this You have to use some
custom scripts or provisioning mechanism (it could be IIFP or MIIS).
