Touch of a problem

I have an old Clevo 3300C laptop. I have for a while been trying to upgrade the BIOS to no avail. Tryed the Cleve website and it takes me to a FTP which just plays as idle when I try to connect.

When I use CTBIOS 1.5 on the laptop it also tells me it is unknown.

Got any ideas guys?
 
LOL typical managed to get into FTP now, however there doesnt seem to be anything stored on the server at all! Idiots :wall:

Can someone confirm this for me?

Mucks I get in now........ maybe you didnt read my second post :P

However I cant see anything being held on the server ;)

actually, me niether ... I can't find any BIOS update for that DS.

:)
 
Its a shame I would like to upgrade the CPU but cant find much info on the Mobo to be able to do it. Its only got a 433 *celeron in it I think*. Would like to take it up a bit.

But want to knw its limit
 
What a waste of time and internet space. Fancy creating an FTP and not evening putting stuff on it.

I did actually contact their support section, low and behold they never replyed.
I'm sure it dont surprise any of you that i'm saying that.

Sometimes companys really are PITIFUL!!!


CLEVO GET YA ACT TOGETHER PLEASE!!


Hopefull others will come across this in a search and swamp em with mail HAHAHAHA ;)
