Totals in Crosstab query

I'm using a cross tab query to summarize the results. How
do I have the bottom line be a total? Example, currently
it looks like this:

Name Avg
Bob 4
Bill 5
Ben 3

I need the bottom to be the total avg (I can't past it
into excel and summarize it there, as then the avg would
be an avg of an avg.

If you don't want an average of averages, what do you want? Can you
calculate the value you want from the values you gave in your example.
