Posting to one place is better then all the alternatives would
be found in one spot making it easier for you, and also makes
it easier for those looking for questions already answered in the
Google Groups archives. I replied in one of the other newsgroups.
If not sure were to post then use microsoft.public.excel.misc
Most people that are supplying answers read several newsgroups,
so posting to multiple newsgroups can be annoying to those who
spend a lot of time replying or searching for the answer to reply to
a question and then find an answer has already been
posted by someone else in another newsgroup. Even more frustrating
to those who answer is if the other answer was hours earlier and
was a better answer.
My answer was that the information is not available in Excel but
is the type of information that can be found in Microsoft Word,
of course someone could be doing something else or nothing
while editing.
