Total Physical Memory Permitied in WIN 2K

We have a client how want to put a total of 6 gigabitys
of Physical Memory in a system. I am not sure which
versions on Windows 2000 Pro, Sever, Advance Server and
Windows XP Pro will support this amount of Physical
Memory.

What about Windows XP Pro? How much physical memory is
allowed with XP Pro.
