Hi all,
Is it just me, or has anyone here had a bad experience
dealing with a Toshiba-certified repair shop?
I took my laptop in to be fixed and although they did fix
the circuitry, they ended up scratching the polycarbonate shell
with something like sand paper. Whatever they scratched it with,
it was harder than my fingernail. There must be 100 of these
tiny scratches in 8-inch long area.
Here I bought this thinking it was a fancy top of the line
laptop, and I see now that it's very easily scratched,
and it was scratched ironically by a repair shop!
(When I took it in, it was 2 months old and completely
unscratched.)
I called Toshiba and they refused to do anything
about it.
It looks just like one of those iPod Nano's that
scratched so easily.
If I could just find a way to remove these tiny scratches,
I'd be happy.
Thanks.
