Toshiba - New Load XP

I have a Toshiba Techra 8000 with CD drive and floppy
drive. The machine has been "scrubbed" when I retired,
and is only has MS-DOS. I have XP Pro on CD but when I
boot up the machine, it only recognizes the A: and B:
drives. How can I load the XP CD?

When you switch on, look out for a little message at the bottom of the
screen telling you what F key to press to change the boot up configuration.
then choose to boot up CD first.
