Toshiba laptop S3 duoview

I just updated to Windows XP on my Toshiba 2800 laptop.
In the "Advanced" tab of desktop/properties/settings I
used to have a tab for S3 duoview, where I could set my
computer to be used on a TV screen at the same time I was
looking at it on the monitor. (I use PowerPoint this way
when I teach.) Now the tab is completely gone. What
happened to it? I can't even use FN F5 to change the
view to another monitor. Help!
 
More than likely functions like that will be controlled by proprietary
software from Toshiba. Take a look a the docs for your laptop and see if
they discuss upgrading the OS and how to restore hotkey/laptop
functionality. You may also have to contact Toshiba tech support.
