Torjan Downloader

I have deleted a trojan downloader called SearchMiracle
AdDowloader using AntiSpyware; however, it keeps on
coming back and I can not get rid of it.
What should i do?

Have you tried doing deep, full, scans in Safe mode, scanning until a full
scan comes through clean?
