J James Cements Jul 27, 2003 #3 On menu select: File | Page Setup On the Page Setup Select : The Tab "SHEET" Click into the option: Rows to repeat at top: .... then type $1:$3 ... this will select the text in rows 1 thru 3 to appear on every printed page. Good luck, Jim
