What is this? I recently been getting this on my IE
pages? A new form of online ads? The text is underline
with a yellow bar and clicks to various advertisements.
How do I remove this? At first I thought it was a copycat
of Google's Adwords, but now I realize it's just an
annoying intrusion. Help!

You may be able to remove it with this free utility.

Utility: Internet Explorer Toolbar settings utility.

It can however be malware, suggest you run a check.

Get AdAware and SpyBot and run them both. Keep them up to date.
