tools to read a database.sdf file

are there any tools out there to read a *.sdf file on a desktop/laptop. not
pocketPC analyzer?

I think that Resco's ADOCE Manager will do it. Also there is another 3rd
party tool but I can't remember the name for the moment. Is slightly easier
to use for creating and managing tables etc. There are some preformatted
commands so you don't have to be as familiar with SQL. If you google back on
this newsgroup, it was announced on here a couple of months ago approx.
