Tools to document AD?

Is there a tool (tools?) that would let me document the AD structure in a
relatively easy way? I'm trying to set things up sp that we can recover from
most scenarios, but I worry about a disaster (meteor hits the data center
type of disaster) and how to deal with having to rebuild the domain from
scratch. I *should* have a backup of the System State, but I want to have a
plan in place in the case where that is not true. I'm a firm believer in the
fact that the scenario you don't plan for is the one that will happen....
;-(

TIA.

(A tad) Expensive but Enterprise Level Visio not only can document it
but can do the LDAP calls to read it directly and even manage it somewhat.

Thanks for the pointer, but this is a non-profit that is having $$ problems.
I've been unable to convince them to get a few copies of Visio, much less an
enterprise version.
