tools menu that has image grabber

I once downloaded a programme that added a menu item to the tools menu of
Internet Explorer, but have no idea where I got it from, this program added
a get images, or some thing like that to the tools menu and when you had a
window with images in and then selected the tools/get images, it would then
open up a new window that had all the images from that window.

I can not remember the name of the menu item, but it sound like an add-in or
something like that.

hope someone out there knows what I mean.
