tools menu item removal

Can anyone tell me how to remove an items from the Tools
menu. A website added itself to the list of tools.

Use Regedit.exe and remove the item. It should be under here:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Extensions
