Bill

When trying to access IO within my browser I receive the
following message: "This operation has been cancelled due
to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please
contact your system Admin. (Which is me!)".

Ironically, I can access IO via my control panel, but
there are features there that I can't access, like
changing may start page - which is "grayed out".

I've tried uninstalling IE6, but it tells me it's
protected. It seems as though there's a "user" issue, but
not sure.

Any thoughts?

Thanks
