I must continually change my default mail to Outlook Express, but then it
reverts back to Outlook. How may I resolve this permanently?

Constantly? (This is an IE group by the way...)

Is Outlook set to be the default mail handling client inside its settings?

Does this happen only once a month or right after an update? (If so then
you're not the only one - doing the junk mail update seems to force Outlook
to be the default mail handling client once again - complaints have been
filed.)

This is known to happen every time Outlook is updated.

Frank, it appears before I open Outlook and DAILY. (?)

I mean an update to the program, not opening it and downloading mail
