Tools Internet Options General tab disapeared

Hi everybody... I dont know how this happened but the tab
general on the tools/internet options just vanished! Now
Im not able to change my home page and more importantly I
have no way of clearing my History. Can anyone help pls?

Download Ad-Aware from www.lavasoftusa.com, scan the system and eliminate
the malware products. Re-apply the above fix if necessary. * Update the
pattern file using WebUpdate in Ad-Aware *

( Caused by a malware called CoolWebSearch. Also, Download:
