That's not the point! The point is that a perfectly valid question was
asked and, instead of being helpful (which is what these ng's are all
about), you decided to be insulting and definately not helpful.
The user asked the question because (get ready for this...) he didn't know
the answer. How is the user supposed to know an answer if you decide not to
give it.
You could just as easily have said: "You wouldn't really save much time with
a shortcut to this featue.". That's a lot different than your response.
