While using an auxiliary program at work I've discovered the "tools" button does not work. "File" and "help" (the only other commands) work but not tools. When clicked it returns a message "bitmap image is not valid". Any ideas on what happened and how to fix? I humbly beg the internet for help.
You should probably contact the technical support of the software you are using. With a description as vague as that, I can not provide any assistance aside from "have you restarted it?".
