Toolbars

Somehow my toolbar has disappeared at the top of my screen. I have tried everything. I've clicked everywhere possible with no luck. I went to the Microfsoft Office Online for assistance and their suggestions didn't work either. They keep telling me to click on the toolbar (What Toolbar!?) or to go to "Customize" (Nowhere to be found). I'm out of ideas. I can't reload the software because it came already loaded on my computer. I would appreciate any feedback. Thanks!

Try right clicking near where the main menu stuff is.
