When using Explorer to surf the internet and we click on a
link the package tries to use a toobar that doesn't seem
to work. Some how a toolbar called surferbar has been
added to our toolbar menu. When a link on a web page is
used this message appears on the address
line "http://www.surferbar.com/surf/?surferbar" , after
some time this address fails. We then close that window
and the link that we tried to access is under it. How can
we remove this from the toolbar menu or fix it so that it
doesn't get in the way.
