toolbars

Help. I accidentally clicked something and one of my toolbars
disappeared--the one with icons for Stop, Regresh, Forward, Back, Mail, etc.
If I left click on a double arrows at the top they appear in a box and can
be used. But I can't drag that whole box anywhere. And if I right click at
the top and get a list of toolbars with check marks I can't find anything to
click on to get that toolbar back.

View - Toolbars - Uncheck "Lock the toolbars"
Now you can drag the toolbars.
