What happen to the CRebar controls from MFC?

The controls for menus and toolbars in .NET are very poor, isn't there any
more powerfull, like the Rebar controls?

For the time being you have to rely on third party controls. You could try
the following:

Or you go with an offer that is cheap AND good: Infragistics has a system
that I consider t obe the best bang for the buck at the moment in their
Netadavantage Suite.

Actually, the dotnetmagic suite doesn't yet offer a toolbar control. (But
plenty of other nice controls.) Also, since the current version of the
dotnetmagic suite isn't open source, you could try the slightly older,
opensource version here:

Actually, I started using it last night for the new version of SqlBuddy. The
toolbards are actually quite nice, although I haven't pushed them that much
yet!
