Hi, Debbie.
Is it possible to only show various toolbars/menus
when a certain report is display.
Yes. Right-click on the blank space of the menu bar or toolbar and select
Customize... on the pop-up menu. Select the "Toolbars" tab of the Customize
dialog window and scroll down to the name of the custom menu bar. Uncheck it
and close the Customize dialog window.
Open the report in Design View and then open the Properties dialog window.
Select the Report Properties and then select the "Other" tab. Select the
Menu Bar Property combo box and select the name of your custom menu bar.
Close the Properties dialog window and save the report. Open it in Report
View and the built-in menu bar will be replaced by your custom menu bar
whenever this report is open. Close the report and the built-in menu bar
reappears.
HTH.
