Toolbars Corrupted

When I go to View, Toolbars and select Copernic Agent the Liquid Surf
toolbar shows up instead. Liquid Surf controls the RoboForm toolbar and
RoboForm controls the Copernic toolbar. Norton AntiVirus controls the
SnagIt toolbar and SnagIt controls the Norton AntiVirus toolbar. Is there a
way to do a refresh to correct this corruption?

The registry CLSIDs might have been collapsed. Remove the toolbars using
toolbarcop and reinstall the programs again.
