Toolbars and Taskbar Missing

All toolbars and the taskbar have disappeared from
Internet Explorer. There is no option to right click.
F11 does not restore the screen, does not toggle between
full view. Already reinstalled Explorer 6 from the
Microsoft site. Any ideas?? Helpdesk is completely
stumped.

The following fix resets the toolbar, addressbar positions in registry:

Download the fix, right-click it and choose Merge.
