No. What is it you need it for? You can always make a screen capture of
the toolbar, save it as a JPG, then insert the image on your slide. You
could even make hidden buttons over the icons that take you to other slides,
etc. However, you can not normally show a toolbar while in Slide Show mode.
 
Thanks for that. thats a shame, what i wanted it for was so it would call up a userform that acts like a menu navigation throughout the slide. and rather than having a command button in every slide to call up the userform id thought a toolbar could be used to call it up. Perhaps the workaround is on the startup of the presentation load the userform and when i want to hid the form call up a smaller form with functions i want

or am i just being thick and theres a simpler way! :))

Bill's answer was the simpler way. Attach the usfMyForm.Show code to
the invisible shape over the toolbar image.

Pretty simple.

How do get my add-in to be inserted in the menu when u click right mouse button in presentation mode? as you both suggestes? thanks.
