Diane,
What 5 BHO's are they? Note: some don't play well with others ........
Open Regedit to the following location:
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Internet
Explorer\Toolbars\Restrictions]
"NoToolbar"=dword:00000001
"NoToolbarOptions"=dword:00000001
Do either of the above exist? If found either delete the entry or change the
value.
Value Data: (0 = disable restriction, 1 = enable restriction)
Note: always Export before editing.

Ran the BHODemon and found 5 BHOs, disabled all of them,
even restarted my computer and still no toolbar.
Thanks,

Tried F11, all it does is hide the title bar.

I have been having problems with my toolbars. First
they
kept moving around/changing now they're gone
completely.
I only have the titlebar nothing else. If I get a
popup
window it has the toolbars, I used that to get to my
homepage, used view to lock the toolbars and it seems
fine
until I sign off. The next tiem I sign on the
toolbars
are gone.
