toolbar

Hello,

When I collapse a window it doesn't appear in the toolbar anymore. I
have to use alt+tab to go from one programm to another. The Quicklaunch
bar is there. How do I restore my toolbar?

Still have a slight problem though. Grouping doesn't work even though
the box is checked in properties.
Can't seem to find anything on kellys-corner...
